Binding version: the German privacy policy is the legally binding version. This translation is provided for convenience only.
Note before launch: this policy is a template and does not replace legal advice. Adapt the hosting provider, processors and services actually used, and have the text reviewed before going live.

1. Controller

The controller for data processing on this website is:
Putzco Gebäudereinigung
Musterstraße 1, 89073 Ulm (TODO)
Phone: +49 177 7981076
Email: info@putzco.de

No data protection officer has been appointed under § 38 BDSG, as the statutory conditions are not met. (TODO: verify)

2. General principles

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website together with our content and services. Processing generally takes place only with your consent, or where a legal basis permits it.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by an external service provider (TODO: name the host, e.g. Netlify, Vercel, Hetzner, IONOS, All-Inkl). When the pages are accessed, the host automatically collects information transmitted by your browser:

  • IP address of the requesting device
  • Date and time of access
  • Name and URL of the file retrieved
  • Volume of data transferred and notification of successful retrieval
  • Referrer URL, browser type and operating system

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free operation and the security of the website. Log files are deleted after (TODO: e.g. 7 / 30) days at the latest. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.

4. Contact by form, email or telephone

If you contact us via the enquiry form, by email or by telephone, we process the data you provide (name, company, email address, telephone number, town and the content of your message) in order to handle your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the enquiry is aimed at concluding or performing a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries) or Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR on the basis of your consent.

We delete the data as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose — for enquiries that do not lead to an order, generally after six months. Statutory retention obligations (in particular commercial and tax periods of six and ten years respectively) remain unaffected.

Form delivery via Resend

The enquiry form is processed on our own server. To deliver the resulting notification email we use the Resend service (Resend, Inc.) (TODO: specify the registered office and data region, conclude a data processing agreement). The details you enter are transmitted as the body of an email to our mailbox; Resend processes them solely for the purpose of delivery. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR in conjunction with the consent you give via the checkbox.

The sending domain is secured with SPF, DKIM and DMARC so that the message is recognised as genuine and does not end up in spam.

5. Cookies and consent

This website does not set any cookies for analytics, marketing or tracking purposes. No usage profiles are created. A consent banner is therefore not required.

TODO: if Google Analytics, Google Ads, the Meta pixel, Google Maps, a chat widget or embedded videos are added later, a consent solution under § 25 TDDDG must be set up beforehand and this section extended.

6. Fonts

The “Inter” typeface is served locally from our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts servers, so no data is transferred to third parties as a result.

7. Map services

No interactive map is currently embedded. TODO: if Google Maps or OpenStreetMap is embedded later, a two-click solution with prior consent must be implemented and this section extended.

8. Recipients of the data

Your data is passed to third parties only where this is necessary to perform a contract, where you have consented, or where a legal obligation exists. Processors (hosting, form delivery, email provider, tax advisers) are contractually bound under Art. 28 GDPR.

9. Your rights as a data subject

You have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

  • Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
  • Right to withdraw consent with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR)

An informal message to info@putzco.de is enough to exercise them.

10. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

You have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data. The competent authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg, Lautenschlagerstraße 20, 70173 Stuttgart, Germany.

11. Data security

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the browser address bar changing from “http://” to “https://”. When encryption is active, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

12. Currency of this policy

This privacy policy is current as of August 2026. As our website develops, or because of changes in legal requirements, it may become necessary to amend it.

13. Language versions

This website is available in German and English. The German version of this privacy policy prevails; the English translation is provided for convenience only.
